But generally, it may take a few weeks as we confidentially reach out to employers or as openings come up.
Our process is highly confidential and built on trust and respect. We never share names with employers until you have been made aware of an opportunity, get time to do your own due diligence, and then and only then do we make a formal invitation to the hiring manager. On your end, we ask for honesty and openness to share your story. The better we understand you the more effective we can be.

At NotionPath we have been fortunate to have a number of relationships with Architectural, Engineering and Construction companies - many activities seeking to fill positions now. Especially with experienced talent. The size of the companies varies from $25M to well over $100M...and projects from $1M to $50M. Housing, Office, Retail, Municipal, Healthcare, and Industrial are most common but we expect the construction industry to be strong for the foreseeable future. That said now is the time to get established with the right employer and right role to protect your position if and when the economy does slow down.
Other roles but less in number: Pre-Construction Manager, Entry Level roles.
Qualifications and Skills
Most Position Require a College Degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.
Experience, Experience, Experience: Employers are looking for proven talent on the size and types of projects they do most. Be able to provide a listing of projects and understand the key details of those projects.
Customer Service/Sales – Many Project Managers and Architects are expected to have strong abilities to communicate and build relationships with customers. Often times this skills can be a differentiator compared to others.
Technical Knowledge of specific project types: Some employers are looking for specific skills on types of projects especially in housing, healthcare, and municipal projects.
Salary and Benefits
Salaries for Wisconsin – while experience drives this here are some ranges
Construction Project Managers: 50K to 110K
Superintendents: 50K to 105K
Engineers: 50K to 85K
Architects: 50K to 90K
Benefits: Can vary mostly based on the size (and buying power) of the company with most providing a good health and dental plan with a retirement plan.
