Project Manager

NotionPath has been retained by Nagel Architects + Engineers to search for an experienced Project Management professional with a passion for excellence in business.  Candidates would provide leadership for one of the Nagel Teams' core deliverables - strong project management.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering and experience leading a team of Architects and Engineers.

Nagel Architects + Engineers is an architectural and engineering firm founded in 2004. They specialize in working with the federal government on many exciting projects with the Veterans Administration as well as many other more traditional projects both public and private.  Our major service offerings include Project Management, Architectural Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

  • You understand how to coordinate and project manage a team from the initial marketing meetings and proposal process through the design and construction of multiple commercial projects while communicating regularly with clients and sub-consultants to effectively manage project delivery.  
  • You will prepare and manage the client and sub-consultants by defining scope, schedule and budgets and prepare client and sub-consultant contract agreements, monthly invoices, and record and ensure follow up on all meetings.  10-15% travel will be required within Wisconsin and occasionally out of state.
  • You are a team player, goal-oriented, love variety, work effectively with little oversight, and enjoy a stimulating, supportive environment.
  • You are a valuable asset to any team you work with and are open-minded, knowing there are always different ways to achieve the goal and enjoy utilizing your previous work experience and contacts to seek new opportunities for the team as well.  
  • You have earned a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in architecture or Engineering.
  • You are a licensed Architect or Engineer, preferred.
  • Your technical skills are apparent as you work with our team through proactive problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • You have knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, BIM software and graphic design programs.
  • You are skilled in office administration procedures and highly proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).  Expereince with Bluebeam and Ajera is helpful for a faster start.
